Default frustration with Cebu Pacific web site

trying to book a flight HKG-MNL-HKG next week on Cebu Pacific

keeps rejecting my credit VISA card, my wife's MasterCard card & sons VISA card

even spoke to Commonwealth Bank, who says can't even see any attempt at the charge coming trough (did it live with the bank)

my little gripe I need to put into writing

Banjo

If they don't want yours, you wifes or your sons money, then perhaps offer it to someone else who really does.

Some airlines only take locally issued cards, and some require an extra security step that only certain banks offer.

And I just looked at the page, you do indeed need the extra security level. Have you got the verified by Visa, or Mastercard securecode applied to your cards?

I had the same problem when I tried to book online with Air Canada. Kept on rejecting my credit card for no apparent reason. Ended up contacting the airline direct and booking via telephone.
