Default Timor Air dash 8 at BNE

Former Macair saab 340 VH-UYN now ZK-VAA of Vincent arrived from AKL yesterday at BNE in Timor Air very attractive livery but no titles.

That's got to be one of the prettiest looking tails I've ever seen on a 340.

I tried digging up some more details about the Timor Air proposal. There website is still under construction, and Wikipedia had barely anything on them at all.

What a/c would they be inclined to operate? At the time they had planned to partner up with SkyAirWorld's E190s, but of course S9 folded.

Maybe a VC A320? But that probably wouldn't be sensible capacity-wise. They could buy/lease an E170/E190 off DJ?

Sorry Wayne, I was only suggesting that they could do that, not saying that they will. Since DJ are going to drop the E170s sometime soon, I would think they could lease them out (or sell), especially to start up carriers like this one here.

But if I had a link, I would happily give it to you!

Should the title of this thread be Saab 340 in stead of dash 8? Or I am missing something?
