Default Rego request QF5 SYD-SIN Friday 12/09 (744)

Hello folks,

I'm travelling on this flight and was trying to determine which seating config will be aboard.

Seat map shows what looks like 4 class, but after talking to QF customer service, they say there is no First in the nose, just J seats.

I'm wondering if the operating aircraft has the old First product, with it being available to J customers??

thanks

Hi Wayne

You are correct - at this point one of the four class 744s is scheduled (OEB or OJM) fitted with Old First.

As first isn't sold to SIN anymore, these seats are sold and display as Business which is perhaps where Customer Service is getting thrown. They may not recognise the different configurations. If anything in Rows 1-4 is available, I'd select it.

Nick,

Thank you very much for the update. I have selected seats in that cabin.
Appreciate the time to reply.
