ZBL not a regulated air route. Surprised me, I thought it might've been. Twin-towns of around 6,500 - 7,000 people and seems like mining was/is the main industry.

Too close to Rocky and Gladstone I suspect.

ZBL is a mining/rural town similar to Emerald.

Most residents do business in Rocky (177 km) or Gladstone (142km) which equates to a 1.5 - 2hr drive.

After living in the area for some years, locals would rarely go to Brissie except for the Ecca (Royal Bris Show), Hospital/Specialist, Yearly shopping trip, Picking kids up at Boarding School ...

Unless there is a specific FIFO charter, I can't see the demand

TQK was due to arrive back in BNE today but has been delayed due to SBW not havimg left yet due to weather on NLK.

SBW finally departed for AKL on 5 April. BNE 12.06pm, NLK 15.48/16.49, AKL 20.05. At the moment TQK is currently 25 min from Napier having departed AKL at 08.47am, due at 09.47am.
