Just saw a review copy of the first episode of Air Ways. It's exactly the same format as the UK show that features Easy Jet so you know what to expect. All i can say is that i'm glad i don't work in customer service.

For clarity sake, the poor souls that have to put up with the great unwashed Tiger SLF are not Tiger employees.

Aero-Care has the ground handling contract and do a pretty good job from my experience, having flown Tiger a few occasions now......seem to be well trained and on each occasion got the aircraft away on, or very close to, time.

It will be interesting to see what slant the staff are presented in, journo's being what they are, hopefully fair, showing us what they have to put up with, as, as we all know, most SLF check their brain in with their baggage when it comes to flying!

The program is average at best.

Full of morons that:
Arrive late
Have too much baggage
Are over the baggage limit
Can't speak English

People that pay those low airfares are definitely a certain group of people.
