A380 to overfly Antarctica

The world’s first A380 sightseeing flights to Antarctica have been announced.

Melbourne-based Antarctica Sightseeing Flights will fly the world’s largest passenger jet over the south polar region at midnight on New Year’s Eve 2009, giving passengers the world’s first glimpses of 2010.
