Grant's 3 words summed it up........Only in America.
Gee, if she was really that distraught, why not sue the parents, who ultimately have control over children, not the airline? Probably realised she could get more money out of the latter. |

I fail to see how QF is, or should be held responsible for this...
Oh that's right, I'm sure I remember having psychic crew with gaffer tape in their onboard first aid kits during my last flight with QF.. |

I had to laugh when I saw this thread's title in the forum index "Screaming child lands Qantas..." and I thought - crikey a screaming child has landed a Qantas plane!

I don't know about you all, but I get easily infuriated reading things about Americans (It always just has to be Americans) and frivolous law suits like this one.
