Canon today announced their new camera the Canon 1D X http://www.canonrumors.com/2011/10/e...press-release/ Highlights from the Press Release include: New 61-Point High Density Reticular AF three DIGIC processors - dual DIGIC 5+ and a dedicated DIGIC 4 for metering and AF control EOS iTR AF: Intelligent Tracking and Recognition Enhances AF Performance - basically tracks faces and holds better focus - weddings, fashion shoots.. Multiple Exposure Modes - in built HDR mode in a nutshell Super High Speed Mode - 14 fps of RAW Connectivity - 1Gig Ethernet port for ultrafast downloading of photos and video A serious piece of kit! It is true, Canon have launched it, google Canon EOS 1D X and you will find thousands of links about it. The linked site is a roomer site but the post is a press release statement.
