From a reliable source, he first three 787's will be:

Boeing B787-8 VH-VKA 36227
Boeing B787-8 VH-VKB 36228
Boeing B787-8 VH-VKD 36229

VKC is already allocated to a glider

Do the economy seats on the 787 recline, or are they fixed? The video only shows recline in star class.

From the Paine Field blog "http://kpae.blogspot.com.au/" a photo with text claiming it was on the start of its delivery flight as jst01 at 2353 zulu.
