Default JetStar International

Hi everyone,
Just a quick one, I am curios as to Jetstar's International product.

I recently did MEL-SIN-HKG Rtn with JQ.

On the way over we had VH-EBQ
- PTV's, Free Earphones, Material Face washers in lav. to Unlock PTV $10

On the way back think we had EBE
- O/head TV's playing old shows, had to pay for earphones.. VOD's for $15

I know EBQ is only a month or two old but, is this a new 'direction' for JQ International? as this Flight and A/C was 100 times better than the way back...

I really hope the 787's are equipped with IFE and not a silly portable IFE solution

If this were Facebook I would 'Like' Andrews comment above.

The PTV's on EBQ were great, with VOD/IPAD on your tray you have even less space in an already tight configuration...

Domestic, yeah VOD if fine, but International I reckon its crap

I hope JQ do put PTV IFE on the 78's also!!!!!

The iPads were talked about around June 2010, almost a year later and still not in operation.

Seems like a waste of time/money to me.

Just wait for the 787's and have a decent IFE system in that

A bracket on the back of the seat to hold the ipad would give the best of both worlds.
