Default EK in ADL this morning

Morning geeks..

Anyone with their finger on the pulse in ADL this morning with the EK arrival?

Baggage appeared to be tagged to either PER or DXB, so unsure why they were in ADL.

I'd say per fog had something to do with it.

EK424 DXB-PER ops by A6-ECE diverted to Adelaide due to bad fog in Perth. It appears the crew may have run out of hours, the aircraft may be here for a while.

QF653 MEL-PER ops by A330-200 VH-EBM also diverted to Adelaide. Initially diverting to Kalgoorlie, it departed and circled Perth for a while, before diverting to Adelaide

JQ980 BNE-PER ops By A320 VH-VQI also diverted to Adelaide. Like VH-EBM, this aircraft diverted to Kalgoorlie, however flew Kalgoorlie-Adelaide.
