Default Narellan museum

Has anyone been out to the museum at Narellan lately?

Last I heard it was now closed.

The museum's founders have now both passed away so a family trust is in charge. Last info was that they are working on cataloguing everything in the place which as you can imagine is a big big job. There is talk of improvements to be made to the collection and the building it's housed in, but this is of course dependant on the required cash coming through.

So it's only opened at irregular intervals for open days a couple of times a year at the moment but there are plans for 'bigger and better' in the future.

isnt the museum at Bankstown moving there also or Camden.

The Bankstown boys are moving to Camden airport. The Narellan one is in a large shed.
