Default QF32 Podcast Interview Prior to Book Release

This is a pretty good interview done by ABC program local conversations prior to the release of the book QF32 which is being released in both paper and electronic formats August 1st. The interview is some 50 minutes long so you might want to grab a can of your favorite beverage.

The book is already out as I have both the electronic and paperback versions. Took me two nights of reading to finish the book. An enjoyable read in that it takes you through his background as a teenager and then in the RAAF before joining QANTAS and then ultimately the Captain of QF32.

Regards,
Warren.

Very Good Interview

With this Podcast & The PCDU Podcast we get to know what was really happening onboard above all the speculation going around at the time.

I purchased Richards book from iBooks and will get the Paperback when I can, Looking forward to reading what else he has to say.

Finally had a chance to listen to this today. Really interesting chat and some strong messages in their that most people could take note of.

I would pay a lot of money to listen to him talk about his life in the months after the incident and his recovery from it.

I would be surprised if there is not a new career path after his flying career comes to an end.

Thanks for posting Mike.

Cheers

M

Great interview,thanks for posting Mike.
There are quite a few good messages in there for people of various ages.

I recently had the chance to hear Richard speak in person and he seems very keen to get those messages out there.

Now looking forward to reading the book.

Jim

Richard was on The Circle the other day, Apart from the ridiculously stupid questions form the soon to be ex show, it was an interesting interview, especially how he got into flying.

Top interview. He was also interviewed by Andrew Moore on 2gb the other day and Andrew was so enthralled he asked Richard to stay until after the news and then was interviewed for an additional 10 mins. I also agree he definitely has another career when he stops flying
