Default Antonov Trans-Air Congo Crash Footage

This may interest some.

Quote:
The cargo plane crashed in a residential area of Congo-Brazzaville's economic capital, Pointe-Noire, killing at least 16 people.
The Antonov plane, operated by Trans Air Congo, crashed as it was trying to land, according to civil aviation agency head Michel Ambende.
The impact destroyed around a dozen houses in a working class area of the port city and caused a fire that residents said lasted for hours.

The Footage.

I know the clip of the plane coming down is quite short but does anyone have any theories about what happened or any more related information?

Looks like a double engine failure. There is smoke pouring out of the 2 port engines, but none from the starboard 2. Also props on #4 look feathered.

Saw this earlier, pretty intense footage.
Saw on another forum though, apparently on those planes smoke coming from the engines means they are working.
Doubt there is any truth to this though...
