Link Airways VH-VEO currently in the middle east

Just thought I'd mention something a few of friend's have just pointed out to me

Link Airways VH-VEO is currently in the middle east and has done a number of flights there already. Looking back on available flight data, it looks like it left Canberra sometime in mid August for the middle east.

Anyone able to shed some light on why it's there?
