Default BA 777 loses a door on pushback

Looks like a pushback while the aerobridge is still attached but I suspect the auto leveller had a fault.

Quote:
The door of a British Airways Boeing 777 has been ripped off at Cape Town.
The incident occurred at Cape Town Airport in South Africa today.

The Boeing 777-200 was supposed to perform flight #BA42 from Cape Town to London Heathrow.

According to a source, the aircraft (reg. G-YMMU) pushed back with the jet bridge still attached.

The flight has been cancelled.
