I was at Bondi today and notice what I thought to be a C-17 on downwind, but couldn't really tell. Thanks Peter.

It was still there when I went pass about 11am this morning, it's a McGuire AFB machine so if someone has got info on departure time please let us know. It's the last C-17 or last base the C-17 is from that I have to get.

Does anyone know what the emergency was with the C-17 that landed last month..I overheard "control problems" and a 20 mile final was requested. Cheers |

Garry apparently it was a fire on board, this C-17 that is parked near the pond brought the Pacific Fleet Commander out for talks with our ADF personal. Meetings rapt up today so it will depart next day or so...
