And again.....

Seriously to do it at all is beyond belief but out of all things to point it at a rescue chopper !!! Almost as stupid as the ones that pointed it at the police helicopter over Bella Vista last year some time!!!! |

The imbeciles wouldn't be able to differentiate between a rescue chopper and a normal category one.
It must be the full moon.....

Doesn't the RAAF have a couple of laser guided 2000lb solutions lying around?

and AGAIN
Just heard Rescue 22 tell control that they were being lasered by another green one on their decent to their base? Not sure where they are based if someone knows.
Controller said they'd pass it on! Its just getting old now!!! When will they learn! ( yes i know, probably never!) Just a little bit more between Resuce 22 Polair 1 and controller, attack came from north camden way, on decent into Bankstown and now Polair going to head over and check it out! Hope they catch him/her! (lol quote from controller: Polair1 i got the lat and long...got a pen.Polair..stand by!) Last edited by Gerard M; 25th April 2009 at 10:46 PM. |

Yes I heard that happening last night too ... The pilot of "rescue 22 " the Bell 412 relayed that it was more than likely the same person who lasered him 3 weeks ago in the same area ... Absolutely a juvenile act ..

I know we heard of a simular thing when we were down the Gold Coast. It came over the radio that someone had a problem up near Brisbane over the Long weekend for Easter.
Quite sad if you ask me, why they do it is just so stupid and they are putting people in danger. |
