Default DJ 738's on E190 routes

Hi...

I notice today that 737-800 VH-VOW is operating the DJ Brisbane-Mount Isa- Brisbane service instead of the usual E190-100.

Also notice recently DJ 737-800 was used on the Melbourne-Mildura-Melbourne route (VH-VOL).

And Perth-Karratha-Perth, Perth-Broome-Perth, Perth-Port Hedland-Perth are often a 737-800.

Regards,

Steve S

G'day Steve

From what I can gather the WA stuff is generally a planned B738 rather than a late change from E190. I also noticed yesterday that the MEL-MQL-MEL rotation has a planned B738 on quite a few days over Christmas and New Year, but have heard that the B738 is a common sub for MQL.

Not sure what the go is with today's ISA run?

Cheers
Rowan

Is it because some of the Embraer's are in USA getting a refit?
