I'm booked on a wednesday night service in july (8th), and so far haven't heard anything from them about a change and hopefully won't.

Working in the city last night it is amazing to hear so many younger people with Canadian or US accents.
I had a chat to them and they mentioned that they were college students on vacation and taking advantage of the cheap flights and hostel accommodation here. All of them were thoroughly enjoying our country |

Hi Seth - From what I understand, I think the pax are only being notified a few days beforehand

Well if they do notify me only a few days prior, I'm going to be facing some drama in regards to my US flight connections, pre-booked accommodation, work leave etc. And I assume that since I bought a cheap ticket, if they make this sort of change then I'm stuck with it and won't able to get a refund.
I guess these are the kind of risks you take by not buying the fully flexible fare. |

Re the BNE flight it would actually get you into LAX earlier than the SYD flight so it should be ok for your onward arragements (ie connecitons.hotel).
The issue is that you would likely need to take the WEd off as the BNE flight leaves around 10.30am. In saying that it has only been confirmed for June. Nothing has been said for July onwards. |
