Light plane makes emergency landing

A light plane has been forced to make an emergency landing at Mittagong in the New South Wales southern highlands.
Police say the single-engine Piper was forced to land in a vineyard, after it clipped trees shortly after taking off from Mittagong airport around 11:00am AEDT.
The Ambulance Service says the four people on board have been taken to Bowral Hospital with minor injuries.
The single-engine light plane came down on Bong Bong Road at Mittagong.
It is unclear what caused the problem.
