Default Australian bound PC12NGX ditches

N400PW was on a ferry flight when she ditched last week near Hilo https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dqDo...ature=emb_logo

Engine failure is thought to be the cause, interestingly it’s the new PC12NGX which is a fadec version of the PT6.

Believe the aircraft was owned by former HP CEO Australian Dion Weisler

Wow, the NGX is fitted with the Fadec version of the PT6 and this would have been the first one in the country.
