Photographers rights.....

I suppose this belongs here. This site has a great article on the rights of photographers (Primarily NSW but other states in some cases). I know most of you probably stick primarily to aviation related stuff, to which some of this will have a bearing however I regularly hit the city and do alot of candids, strangers, real estate etc etc.

This is worth a read and I have also printed a number of copies to keep on me whenever I am taking photographs. Understanding your legal rights is becoming extremely important these days. I am not a solicitor and should you feel you have questions regarding the information in this article you should seek independent legal advice.

The issue that burns with me is taking photos at school of your grandchildren.
