New Frequency 124.30 Hobart Centre

I have heard the odd transmission on what I believe is a new frequency - 124.30. The website http://jonghold.com/ivaoau/data/depa...0International claims that it is Hobart Centre. I have also heard it referred to as Hobart Ground. Does anyone know what the frequency is, what it is used for and when it began operating?

There's no such thing as Hobart Centre. Only Melbourne Centre and Brisbane Centre.
