Default Aircraft Disabled at Rocky?

Anyone able to update on the above?

Reads to me that there is possibly an unserviceable aircraft somewhere on the apron?

From a local eyewitness...

Seems a C130J arrived last Tuesday night for fuel. it was parked away from the apron on main taxiway Juliet due to it having flares on board. it was then decided that it needed a tyre replaced... after another C130J was parked behind the first one so nothing could move!!

Seems both aircraft left Last Wednesday around lunch time.
