dont airlines like colour on their aircrafts any more. another one turning predominantly

Cheaper to paint that way.
And also, presumably requiring fewer coats of paint, thus reducing the weight of the aircraft by a small value, in turn causing reduced fuel burn.

Every little bit helps in today's industry.
