I've just done a couple of searches, including HBA-SYD and LST-MEL. There was no JQ services listed, only QF and DJ. The QF flights listed weren't JQ codeshare services either. To me, Webjet is a much user-friendly site to compare fare prices.

too bad it is not like the wot if accom site where airlines auctioned off the last remaining seats on flights cheaper

Given that this website is relatively new, I wouldn't be surprised to see something like this happen down the track given that the wotif.com 'Wot hotel mystery deal' is only a recent addition...
It would certainly bring back the mystery flight scene... |

It doesn't include connecting fares that are cheaper when a direct option is available.
For example I am paying $129 to fly Qantas to Brisbane through Sydney on July 8, the website doesn't give that as an option.
