They'll be all packed up and out of Bahrain track by 4-6am I expect, and back home on the first flight after that.

The freight beats them here, but they have ground teams that handle that (or if not, usually the company assigned with freight will have secure storage available until such time as it can be picked up).

Read up on Formula 1 logistics as stories and interviews present themselves throughout the year, it's quite incredible.

Gibson Freight is the company that has the contract for V8 Supercars, F1, MotoGP & World Superbikes.
They load the containers with the equipment at the track & take care of the equipment until the breakdown of the containers at the arriving airport.
