I noticed that QF 1020 this Saturday( Jan 14) from Hobart to Sydney is a 767. I suspect this is a one off due to a scout event in Tasmania. I was trying to find the last time a 767 was in Hobart but could not find any information. Does anyone know?

767's have gone to Tasmania for the cricket - it went there a few weeks ago for the Test vs NZ.

This link shows two 767s in HBA in 2011 - OGP (December) and OGS (January) - don't know what the reasons were though.

Brett, the 767 is a regular visitor to HB in school holiday periods and other peak times such as the cricket and Sydney-Hobart yacht race. Back in the late 90s they were even on the regular timetable as a daily service. But then came Jetstar

VH-OGO flew this flight.

I was on it and the Captain mentioned it was an special flight due to the Scouts on board.
