Default Finding a rego for UA NRT-TPE

Hi all,

I flew UA853 NRT-TPE last night, and in the rush I forgot to check which aircraft I was on.

Does anybody out there know an ACARs list or something where I can find the rego?

Thanks heaps

neither of those could be considered 100% correct, UA usually change a/c in Tokyo, when I was on UA 803 from IAD to SIN we switched 777's at Narita.

Monty, I would read this ACARS as N798UA operating the SFO-NRT sector, and N788UA operating the NRT-TPE sector. Both these flights were on the same day and with UTC times, this would be 2238 EDST for N798UA.

Thanks for the help guys.

Flew N218UA back to Narita, the star alliance 777 and then got NW to Seoul/ICN. Such a contrast of airlines!

UA service was quite average. The cabin crew came across as quite unprofessional, they did do safety checks - like walk the cabin checking seatbelts and didn't check the overhead bins were shut. The UA crew seemed not to care or want to help and looked quite scruffy.

NW did the safety checks, and pretty much were the opposite to UA. The food service was done so fast, and the rubbish taken very quickly. Only downside was the Food was Japanese - which I don't speak and we weren't given a choice so I ended up with a fish meal which I don't like. Admittedly it's not their fault I don't like seafood but I thought you'd be more likely to serve beef or chicken which % I thought would eat.

Just observation mixed with opinion.
