great step forward with the use of technology Banjo ps woh and I thought QF was a boring old legacy airline with no initiative, and slowly dying

All i know was the long duration i had to endure to queue up for the economy class checkin. Took almost an hour the other time. Gosh...
Even the internet checkin counter doesn't do much help either. It's normally just one or two counter that's open for this queue.
