All 734 into CBR are 20J.

The 734 a/c can be converted to 12 J, 16J or 20J during a standard turnaround by engineers.

This service to BNE will also have 5 Cabin crew onboard - as all 734 services to CBR have 5 cabin crew compared to 4 on regular 734 services.

Enjoy your flight on Qantas.

Why are more cabin crew required on Canberra flights?

Probably due to the 20J seat capacity.

Hi AJ.

On 737 only CSM works J class. With 20 J on 734 we DEFINITELY need extra (5th) crew member in J class to help serve 20 J ( especially seen as though CBR is a short sector ). ( Demanding pollies ! )

Regards
