Default QF991 Diversion ?

Driving home just now and heard QF991 (B738 VH-XZA) departing YBAS, climbing through 3000 tracking for SCHEE... This is not one of our usual flights, I think it's a YBBN-YPKA. Anyone know the reason for the unscheduled visit to the Alice ???

I believe it was a medical. It was only on the ground for a short period so it is unlikely it was a mechanical issue.
