Olympic Torch aircraft

Heard another interesting callsign on the airbands: "Air China 2008". What are the laws regarding carriage of a flame on an aircraft?

It's a very elaborate cigarette lighter, I must say, and I'm not sure if it would fit into the plastic bag needed on a flight to the USA.
