It was inbetween two gates. I was trying to squeeze lens in without scratching it. Ever thought it might be an engineering error

Thanks Phil. These birds in the US fly with the target towing pods under the wings in addition to the wing tip tanks. I was wondering if it was using these on it's Aussie trip.
