Default Sharing photos

I do not post my photos on airliners.net or any other sites at this point and i am having trouble adding photos to my text that i post. I just got back from a 5 day training task with a C130J and have some nice shots of aircraft along the way. I would like to start a thread to share my story and photos however it seems the only way is from a URL sie. How can i transfer photos from a memory stick to my story. Any help would be great thank you.

Hi Tony

Best to get a Photobucket or similar account, upload to that, and then copy and paste the html code into your posts here.

If you've got any really good J pics, drop me an email as I may be able to use them.

Cheers

Andrew

Tony you could try this website as it gives you a hotlink to post pics on forums.

www.imageshack.us

once they host the picture you just copy and paste the appropriate link to the forum.

I Just joined photo bucket. I hope this works

Hi Tony - when posting images, just press the image button (little picture of a mountain in the yellow) and enter the direct URL to the photograph - in this case http://i486.photobucket.com/albums/r...e/IMG_3587.jpg

If you want to post multiple shots, its probably just best to give the links for people to click on, its a bit friendlier for people with dialup connections -mod

Man. I am going to need more help in adding a photo in this copetition . how can i get it out of 'my picture' file to the website without going through photobucket etc etc. Any help would be much appriciated. Trust me my entry wont beat yours if you help. I think it would be a chance to see some members photos. Plus i would like to show my work as i dont post my photos anywhere else.

Cheers
Tony
