Todays QANTAS flight to Hong Kong

Hi everyone. Just asking if anyone knows the reason QF127 to Hong Kong was delayed by 2+ hours this morning??
My sister was on it and now it is not due into Hong Kong until19.53.

Funny that QF127 has been mentioned. Can't help in why it was late, but I picked up QF127 on my Acars this afternoon.

This is the first time I have ever picked up the SYD-HKG flight, so apart from running late, it must have also tracked on a more easterly route than normal for me to pick up so many messages from here in Townsville.

Dave, as a matter of interest, would that have been QF127 that passed directly overhead Cairns at approx 12.25 pm Thurs ? Heading in a Nth direction.
