I've been in-out-and back aound on the 14min mark each time too.
Though the question now is, how long do you have from the pay-booth in the car park to get to the boom gate?

I know that in some carparks, you get 15 minutes, so in this case, it could possibly give you a total of 30 mins... BUT, I'd hate to get caught out trying this method!
They have to have some knowledge as to traffic movements, especially through peak times, as to how slowly they move through the exit gates, and give an appropriate time to facilitate this...

I have to pick up family at the airport often the best way i have found is to go to one of the spotting sites (normally the mound) and have them call me once they are outside and waiting, only takes about 5 - 10 minutes easy.
If they want the ride they won’t mind and I can’t afford the bank loan for parking
