You need more than an A330 in order to be a successful and respected airline.

My understanding is Tigerair has just overtook Jetstar ever so slightly in a independent preferred budget airline poll.

My last Jetstar experience was rubbish, literally. Both tiger airways flights i've taken were amazingly professional (minus reclining seat on second flight ***first world problems***).

Tiger are taking delivery of another a320 next month!

Correct, VHVNR is due next month. At the end of the day they are LCCs, whether you are either going to have a good experience or a bad one(whether self inflicted or othwise) you pay for what you get.

There are a lot more improvements to come in the near future for TT.

I've had no issues with JQ or tiger (before or after grounding). Although nothing exceeded my expectations of an LCC more than Air Asia. That operates beautifully.

Notice how it's a deeper yellow now, if you compare the winglet to the tail. Spotted the other day that VNC (think it was VNC anyway) had the darker tail as well - stuck out clearly among the other 'traditional' tiger fins.

Yes, it is definitely dark when you put VNQ or any aircraft next to VNC
