Default United UAL840 28th December

Hi

UAL840 has being circling at 10,000ft 30nm off Botany Bay for an hour most likely dumping fuel.
Any body know whats happening?
N119UA is the rego, Boeing 747-422

The aircraft had a problem with a window seal on departure and had too dump fuel and return to Sydney to have it fixed. Departed again about 6pm.
