Default Lion Air, running out of runway...again!

Seems to be a never ending issue with Lionair...keeping their planes on the runway that is.

The cow that it hit caused a breaking issue and thus why it didn't stop in time...

Hang on, the aircraft was operating into a field at night, with simplistic lighting on the runway, your at 1500-2000ft about 3-5nm from the threshold, how the hell are you going to see a cow and conduct a go around? It would be like you driving down a unlit road with mid beam lights and not seeing the kangaroo until the last minute. The reason why it overran the runway was because it did in fact hit a cow and the brakes failed due to this. This is an AD OPR issue not an airline one.
