This seems to be a very high number. Has anyone flown on a ANA 787 and seen the survey? I'd be very interested to see how the question/s were worded and the method of answering.

None-the-less some impressive results. An extra 1% in fuel savings over what is expected is an incredible amount! Probably pay for the 11 new 789's in the long run.

And this with early build Dreamliners. Imagine what the results will be when the planes are at their promised weights coupled with on going engine improvements
