Default Sydney Airport Masterplan Discussion

The revised Sydney Airport Masterplan can be found here; http://www.sydneyairport.com.au/corp...6CD7FF3FD&_z=z

Combining T2&3 into a single terminal to serve international, domestic & regional is an interesting use case.

It seems though traffic is a problem that should be solved sooner rather than later (in 5 years time).

No change to the curfew
No change to the aircraft movement cap
No change to noise sharing arrangements
Without changing any of those things they are just tidying up around the edges...

Any changes to the international terminal in terms of entry and exit points for traffic? Traffic jams seems to be getting worse, as mentioned in my previous topic.

Interesting that, according to the plan, the airport is at 63% capacity. There are many, many slots available outside peak periods. Surely there is a responsibilty for incentives to use these spots before pushing for curfew easing on an ongoing basis?

And the movement cap does seem somewhat silly.
