Melbourne airport says that it hasn't??? Its currently about to overfly Canberra at FL380 presumably for Melbourne.

It did divert to SYD, arrived 0748 and departed 0845.
CX135 was scheduled to depart SYD at 0945 but is now showing as 1345.

Vis. has gone down to 720m for RWY16 and 940m for RWY27.
