Suggest that you use twitter if you want to pass this type of comment.
Light-hearted sarcasm often adds to the humour of this board. Sometimes the emoticons help convey that it's sarcasm, but other times it should be obvious enough to slap you in the face.

Besides, I don't use or watch twitter.

Couldn't have said it better myself Nigel, thanks.

I'd also like to point out to everyone reading that if you have an issue with another user's posting, please use the report function to bring it to a moderators attention rather than trying to police it yourself, it just detracts from the thread further.

That's got to be one of the thickest contrails i've seen for quite a while. I wonder how it would compare to AN-124 and AN-225 contrails...

Exclamation Now contrails found to cause global warming!

Just when you thought higher was better, comes a proposal to fly lower to reduce the significant global warming now determined to be caused by contrails:

Oh boy ...

Awesome...so they fly lower to reduce contrails, but probably burn more fuel in doing so thus increasing the amount of carbon put into the atmosphere which apparently is the whole reason for 'global warming' in the first place!

[start rant]The more stupid arguments I hear like this, the more I think the whole global warming thing is just a scare campaign to make a few people very rich off the back of the gullible many.[/end rant]

Awesome!

The A380 is a nice looking aeroplane from a distance.

p.s. There's some frail people around isn't there...
