Any info in when the 787 will be in Melbourne would be greatly appreciated.

Thursday 17th is the date from the AFF site!

Would love to know exact times as I'll head out to the airport to see her land!

A R34 landing in afternoon light would be gold!

Knowing Melbourne it will probably be raining and it will land on 27.

So is it confirmed it will park at the Qantas jetbase?

I hope it is, or at least visible from the Qantas club lounge in T3.

Don't know exactly Alexander, but I know that one of the gates (Nigel might be able to tell us) on the end of terminal 3 (QF domestic) were retrofited a while back to accommodate the 787. Now if they plan to test those bridges out while it's here you maybe able to get a shot from obs deck. so I hope this helps you out a bit...

I think your right matt, I can only remember it as the one next to the gate that QF 581/82 sits when that flight is being flown by a 744....
