If that image is representative the caterers will have a hell of a time bringing carts up to business class from the back.
VARA must be in a real hurry if they're going to take delivery without wifi and ferry them back across the Pacific at a later date (like with first two Max 8s) |

This may add more detail:
https://www.flightglobal.com/airline...162354.article Virgin Australia has opted for a two-class configuration for its fleet of Embraer E190-E2s, the first of which will be entering into service in October this year. Revealing its cabin interiors for the first time, the Australian carrier adds that it expects to take delivery of four – out of an order for eight – E2s over a 12-month period. Embraer will begin assembly of Virgin Australia’s first E2, christened ‘Coral Bay’, in March, the airline confirms. The E2s, which will operate with regional unit Virgin Australia Regional Airlines (VARA), replace the carrier’s fleet of Fokker 100s. |

I wonder if “Coral Bay” is the first name to be worn on both a Qantas and a Virgin aircraft? VH-VZR is named Coral Bay is memory serves me correctly

Correct, VZR is Coral Bay. Also yes I believe it is the first time that a QF and VA aircraft will have overlapping names.

First E2 for VA is reported to be MSN 19020185. Meanwhile, MSN 19020183 is reported to be going to Air Kiribati, most likely operated by Nauru Airlines. Will be the 3rd and 2nd E190-E2s on the VH-reg respectively.
