Default Air India 787-8 VT-ANB crashes on take off from Ahmedabad

Crashed 12 Jun 2025 at AMD into residential buildings immediately after take-off. The aircraft struggled to gain altitude after departure. The aircraft was operating flight AIC171 to London Gatwick.

possible causes , incorrect flap settings @ take off , although there are warning alarms in cockpit if this is the case to let Pilot know that flap settings are not correct for take off ? , OR copilot has retracted flaps ( set to zero ) , instead of retracting landing gear ..after becoming airborne , as landing gear was not retracted at time of crash...

The fact that the transponder ceased to broadcast suggests that there was a loss of power. Hopefully the cause of the power loss hasn’t caused the black boxes to cease recording.
