The A319 is now based in Perth apparently and there is a contact that they have won, yet to be announced.

Yes. Moranbah Airport is owned and operated by BMA.

I have noticed that Q200, VH-TQS has been in TMW since early June, anyone have any idea what is happening.

Given the registered operator is now

I would suggest it’s going to be ferried somewhere overseas.
