From the Globe & Mail in Toronto, I hope this is serious when it says the pilot is in not too bad condition.

Video of the PRACTICE incident here,,

Here.

A/c is on a slow near stall pass with a high angle of attack, when the starboard wing seems to start to drop. Others have suggested he stalled.
